Some cities become more than places where we live. They become part of our personal story. This painting is dedicated to Lisbon, the city that has been my home for almost five years. Warm ochre, orange, and terracotta reflect its sunlight and rooftops, while blue and turquoise evoke the sky, the ocean, and traditional azulejo tiles. An old yellow tram moves across the hills, while the red bridge appears on the horizon. Together, these elements form my personal image of Lisbon — ancient yet contemporary, calm yet energetic, familiar yet always surprising. For me, Lisbon is about movement, resilience, and the feeling of gradually finding a new home.
